Overview


Join the Site Scan for ArcGIS team and help us deliver the latest in end-to-end cloud-based drone mapping software designed to revolutionize imagery collection, processing, and analysis.

In this role, you will be at the heart of automation test processes and leading test automation engineers in writing and maintaining automation code for Site Scan for ArcGIS. You will have the opportunity to help build and maintain a testing framework for web and mobile platforms to replace manual tests with automated testing. You will be part of a fast-paced innovative team and will have opportunities to bring in new ideas in the areas of testing and automation.

Responsibilities


  • Lead activities of the local and remote contract test automation team members by providing authoritative advice, technical mentorship, and expertise and career growth
  • Aid in growing the test automation team by interviewing and hiring qualified team members
  • Support the onboarding of new team members
  • Build, assist, and troubleshoot the development of standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to test
  • Perform automation for the Site Scan solution while working within quality assurance frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Participate in project meetings; communicate with development and product teams for reviewing requirements and specifications, bug reporting, improvement recommendations, and defining automated test solutions
  • Establish key performance indicators for automation coverage
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve quality
  • Collaborate with development and release teams to help build out and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline for releases
  • Can work remotely

Requirements


  • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in which the required experience was gained
  • Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with: QA Methodology; C/C++; JavaScript; Python; GitHub; ZenHub; Jenkins; Docker; and Git
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field of study

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$89,440-$147,680 USD
